These terms apply to the Saibr website and our apps (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Saibr provides tools to help you compare prices and manage everyday tasks. Some Services interact with third-party websites (such as supermarkets) using your own logged-in session, on your device.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them or to any third-party service.

3. Third-party accounts and services

Where a Service uses your account with a third party (for example a supermarket), you remain responsible for complying with that third party's own terms of use. We never receive your third-party passwords; you sign in directly with the provider.

4. Pricing information

Price comparisons are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or current. Always confirm prices and availability with the retailer at checkout. Saibr is not a seller of groceries and does not process supermarket purchases.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including their design, code and content, are owned by Saibr or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them except as permitted.

6. Disclaimers and Australian Consumer Law

The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saibr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the Services.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these terms from time to time, and may suspend or discontinue a Service. The latest terms will be available on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
