Saibr ("we", "us", "our") builds and operates consumer apps including CartChkr and BBallr. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us — such as your email address when you contact support or sign up for updates.
• Usage and device information — basic, often de-identified information about how our apps are used, for reliability and improvement.
• Payment information — handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.

What we do not collect: CartChkr performs price comparison on your device and interacts with supermarket websites using your own logged-in browser session. We do not receive or store your supermarket passwords, and we do not store your shopping cart on our servers.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, support and improve our apps; to communicate with you; to maintain security and prevent misuse; and to meet legal obligations.

3. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, analytics, app stores and payment processing), and where required by law. Our apps interact with third-party services (such as Apple, Google, and supermarket websites) which are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Overseas storage

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and the APPs.

5. Children

Our consumer apps are not directed to children under 15 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Where we offer products intended for families and children, we apply additional protections and obtain appropriate consent.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it where appropriate.
